Agastache 'Summer Breeze'

Giant Hyssop

Giant Hyssop (Agastache ‘Summer Breeze’) is a perennial flowering plant. Known for its showy fragrant flowers, it blooms from June to September, producing pink and lavender tubular-shaped blooms that cluster on spikes reaching up to 3 feet tall. Also known as Hummingbird Mint, the flowers will attract butterflies and hummingbirds, and the oval, toothy-edged licorice-flavored leaves can be used to flavor teas. Giant Hyssop grows best in full sun and dry to medium soil, and can tolerate drought. It will resist deer, but may need protection from high winds.
